By using svajc.com, you accept these terms. The platform is a community information service and not an official, legal, tax or financial advisory service.
1. Operator and Scope
svajc.com is operated by: TenDo (sole proprietorship / Einzelfirma), Schaffhauserstrasse 58, 8180 Bülach, Zurich, Switzerland. These terms apply to the website, accounts, knowledge base, business directory, classifieds, events, messaging and related services.
2. Service and Launch Period
svajc.com is a Hungarian, German and English community portal for Hungarians moving to Switzerland or already living here. During the public launch period, knowledge-base access, classified submissions and event submissions are free after registration, even if they were originally planned as paid features. Payment functions may remain technically available in the codebase, but users are not asked to pay for these features. Paid packages will only be introduced later with prior notice.
3. Registration and Account
Some features require registration, email confirmation and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not register on behalf of others without authorisation, provide false contact details, or use the system in an automated or abusive way.
4. User Content
You are responsible for content you upload or submit. Only submit text, images, logos, links or data that you are allowed to publish. Unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, spam-like, copyright-infringing or privacy-infringing content is prohibited. svajc.com may moderate content before or after publication.
5. Directory, Classifieds and Events
Business listings, classifieds and events are community information features. The submitter is responsible for accuracy, lawfulness of offers, prices, images, permissions and agreements with third parties. svajc.com is not a party to sales, mandates or event relationships between users and does not act as escrow or payment intermediary.
6. Limits of Information and Advice
Articles, knowledge-base content, templates and community information are for general orientation only. They are not legal, tax, financial, immigration, health or insurance advice. Before important decisions, consult official sources or an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Community Conduct and Abuse
Users must communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, spam, phishing, malicious code, unauthorised data collection or bypassing other users is prohibited. In case of abuse, svajc.com may restrict or terminate access.
8. Intellectual Property and Licence
svajc.com content, branding and software may be protected by copyright and other rights. User-submitted content remains owned by the user, but by submitting it the user grants svajc.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, technically process, translate, promote and archive it as needed to operate the service.
9. Availability and Liability
We aim to operate the service securely and continuously, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded. Otherwise, svajc.com is not liable for user content, third-party websites, indirect damages, lost profit or damages arising from transactions between users.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the ordinary Swiss courts at the operator’s registered seat, currently Bülach/Zurich, unless mandatory consumer or other protective rules provide otherwise.
